The bridge between Health Centre and Leisure Centre

What’s the difference?

We usually assume that our bodies will continue indefinitely, but deep down we know that it isn’t true. Yet we ignore this fact until we either push our bodies too far, don’t take care of ourselves or put everything down to age.

It is when we experience pain that we may take notice and we may visit a GP or other therapist for healing. But, all too often we shrug our shoulders, wait for the pain to go away after taking a couple pain killers and hope that’s it. It isn’t.

The Body Logiq Approach® has been developing for years. Now this new method has evolved. It’s a blend of 10 years training and over 50 years of living, it takes emotions and physical issues into consideration. I believe that the Body Logiq Approach® offers a revolutionary way to personal health care.

There’s growing evidence to support the “one size doesn’t fit all” approach. I have reached the same conclusion in my practice. My clients are unique and what may work for one doesn’t necessarily work for someone else. With this in mind, I work with the client as a partnership; first to identify and reduce pain, then to create change either emotionally or physically to improve their life. We can then keep things in great working order by regular updates and checks.

The process is very gentle and this allows me to work with older people and those with conditions such as osteoporosis. Yes, it may take a while longer to resolve as I don’t offer quick fixes. Think of it as an investment in you and your future.

It’s for those who want to make the best of their bodies now and, to the best of their ability, keep it that way into later life.

Aging is a process we all experience and we have a choice of how we age. Keeping the brain and body active for as long as possible, is key. We can’t change some aspects of ourselves but we can make the best of what we have.
