We need to find out your strengths and identify weaker areas so we will use a range of movements to check your symmetry, flexibility and balance. We will also show you how to breathe to relieve stress and tension.
You will leave feeling relaxed and with an understanding of why you should check in with your body.
You will have a session workbook, packed with information. You will takeaway your results and a future plan to make your body even better.
